Andy Abbott is an artist, musician and writer who lives in West Yorkshire, UK. For a long time Andy was synonymous with pummelling noise; playing guitar in celebrated Leeds bands such as the ferocious duo That Fucking Tank or the double-drumming psych outfit Nope. However, in recent years - under his solo moniker ADRA - he has been making minimalist abstract music, alongside more acoustic and ambient-leaning explorations.
In 2024 Andy released 'Music For Psychiatric Wards (And Fluid Structures)'; a compilation of recordings inspired by his experiences as a creative practitioner performing ambient music in psychiatric wards across Yorkshire in 2023
Previous releases include tapes and vinyl for Bloxham Tapes, Reverb Worship and Folklore Tapes. He has collaborated with Alice Hubble, Aby Vulliamy and Dean McPhee; and shared tours and bills with Maurizio Abate and Above the Tree, Edgars Rubenis, Ex-Easter Island Head and Norway's Soft Noise Ensemble.

Andi Jackson music varies from post-no-wave treated guitar sculptures to digitally-clipped drones to all-out improvised feedback. Andi will be using the quadraphonic speaker format for his performance at Tod Quad expanding the sonic potential of his guitar, pedals and amplifier creating a unique immersive experience for the audience.
Andi will be teaming up with godot.112358 a Todmorden based electronic artist who will be diffusing Andi Jackson's guitar across four speakers using the Quadraphonic Effects Looper a bespoke digital instrument created in Max MSP. godot.112358 patch was inspired by Stockhausen's 'Octophonic Effects Generator', a device used to create melodic patterns in time and space for Stockhausen's composition 'Cosmic Pulses'.
This unique live performance from Andi Jackson and 'godot.112358' will extend the potential of loud amplified guitars into an immersive sonic maelstrom exploring the continuum of pitch, rhythm and space.

Void Hands is a moniker of Richard Knight, usually known for coercing no-input mixers to create techno music. Hybridising electronic and organic streams via the use of confusing but comforting daemon-infected computer software, Void Hands will chart some boundaries of quadrophonic sound in a one off experimental performance for Quad Tod.
